Before joining IAB, Jason had been working as the North American Media Manager for Ferrero, purveyor of some of the sweetest brands on the planet. He specializes in innovative media strategies coupled with complex buying approaches.

Jason grew up in Massachusetts and now resides in Middletown, New Jersey. He has a B.A. in Political Science from UMass Lowell and a B.A. in English from Framingham State. In his free time, you can find him enjoying time with his family, exercising, or teaching tennis.

Steve Bagdasarian is Comscore’s Chief Commercial Officer and a seasoned digital technology executive.
Focused on delivering growth above target in high-velocity, high-growth environments, Steve joined Comscore in 2022. Over 15+ years his roles have spanned operations, strategy, business development, product and marketing analytics.
Steve previously led Media Operations, Product and Revenue Strategy at Publishers Clearing House as Chief Operation Officer and led business development and strategy for Fiksu, Inc. He lives in Maine with his wife and three sons.

Chris Bruderle brings over 25 years of experience in Data/Web Analytics and Media Market Research at premium Digital and Muti-Platform web publishers including The Daily Beast, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Conde Nast Publications and This Old House Ventures.

Before working at IAB where he leads research-based thought leadership initiatives, Chris was most recently VP, Analytics & Research at The Daily Beast where he spent nearly 7 years and was responsible for the tracking, analysis and reporting of The Daily Beast’s O&O site and off-platform data/analytics for Senior/Corporate Management, Editorial, Advertising Sales, Product/Engineering, Audience/Business Development, Social Media and PR. He established the company-wide Editorial Analytics and Advertising Sales data and research stacks which included, among others, Google Analytics, Parse.ly, Krux DMP, Optimizely, comScore, Kantar, Samba, Newswhip, Crowd Tangle, Buzzsumo, and CrazyEgg.

Prior to The Daily Beast, Chris spent 5 years as Associate and Acting Director at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where he directed the correspondence and development of all research-based strategies supporting the Advertising Sales and Marketing staffs of each of the MSLO media brands and platforms across digital, mobile/tablet, TV, print and radio. Chris has also held marketing and market research positions at Conde Nast and Time Inc.

Chris started his career at BBDO as an Assistant Media Planner where he most notably completed the “Media Training Program”.

Jamie Finstein joins the IAB with 15+ years of experience focused on digital strategy and investment, most recently at GroupM/WPP. During her time in the media agency world, Jamie worked with brands across a variety of industries including Luxury, CPG, Retail, Beauty to accelerate their digital media approaches, incorporating innovative tactics to help their businesses grow. Jamie lives in Brooklyn and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Before joining the IAB, Cintia Gabilan had experience working across global ad agencies (Wunderman Thompson and Dentsu), CPG (Unilever), and tech companies (Facebook and Amazon). She has global experience driving growth by overseeing marketing, communications, and sales strategy. With a Master’s in Business, she most recently built many strategic and significant marketing programs at Amazon Ads, such as their Customer Advisory Boards, Analysts Relations, Competitive Intelligence program, and more. You can find her exploring nature, playing sports, and baking with her husband and daughter in her free time.

Joshua John is the Sr. Director of DSP Strategy for the Yahoo DSP. Josh and his team are responsible for driving DSP Strategy across Yahoo’s core domains, including Identity, CTV, and Commerce Media. He provides holistic thought leadership on the ever evolving Ad Tech space – helping inform the big bets to drive the DSP forward and working with clients on connecting media campaigns to business outcomes.

Paul is a founder, entrepreneur, and investor. As a thought leader in consumer behavior, insights and measurement, Paul has developed software solutions that enable some of the top brands in the US to interact and engage with consumers in a personalized and relevant fashion. Prior to founding Epicenter Experience (acquired by Stagwell Global), Paul served as SVP, Strategy and Business Development at SessionM (acquired by Mastercard), Senior Vice President of Digital Media and Analytics at Arbitron (acquired by Nielsen) and COO at Ando Media (acquired by Triton Media Group). Paul has always been fascinated by people—the way they make decisions, how people can help one another and how people can connect to positively impact change in our world; a foundation for his social entrepreneurship efforts. Paul holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an A.B. Honors degree from Brown University in Organizational Behavior and Management. He lives in Greater Boston and has two sons.

Ryan McConville serves as EVP, Chief Product Officer, Advertising Platforms & Operations at NBCUniversal Advertising and Partnerships. In this role, Ryan leads a team of product managers and ad operations specialists who are dedicated to developing technology-driven solutions that drive growth and lead marketplace transformation. He is responsible for overall product delivery of NBCU’s One Platform ad tech stack, a unified advertising solution that enables marketers to reach audiences across all screens and formats.

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in media and advertising technology, leading change and stewarding strategy and sales growth in this fast-growing space. Prior to joining NBCUniversal in 2019, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of KARGO, where he was responsible for building the company’s global mobile ad tech business and leading the product, technology, operations, sales and partnerships functions. Before KARGO, McConville served in various leadership and development roles at ad tech platform Vdopia, as well as Bauer Media, Wenner Media, Rolling Stone, and In Touch Weekly.

Ryan is the recipient of a fellowship from Wharton’s Mack Institute for Innovation Management for research on the use of consumer data in advertising. And he has been awarded three U.S. Patents. He holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University and an MBA in Management from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Michele Stone is Senior Vice President of Advanced Advertising Product & Planning Solutions at Paramount. In this role, Stone leads the strategy and development of Paramount’s advanced advertising products, including the company’s advanced advertising solution Vantage. She is also responsible for managing the planning, operations and execution of all Vantage convergent campaigns.

Stone joined the company, formerly ViacomCBS, in February 2017 as an original member of the Vantage team. Before Paramount, Stone worked at GroupM, with a decade of experience in Media Buying, and later becoming a leader in the development and execution of GroupM’s data solutions division.

Stone was recognized by AdExchanger and AdMonsters as a 2023 Top Women in Media and Ad Tech for her notable contributions to the industry. She lives in Westchester, NY with her husband and three kids.

Alan Wolk is Co-Founder and Lead Analyst at the legendary media analyst firm TVREV. Wolk has established himself as one of the industry’s most influential thought leaders, especially noted for his deep understanding of the intersection of streaming and advertising.

What sets Wolk apart is his unique ability to demystify complex ideas in a manner that’s easily understandable yet never oversimplified. This talent makes him a sought-after writer, speaker, and consultant, striking a rare balance between depth and accessibility in his communications.

He regularly speaks about the future of television, both at conferences and to anyone who’ll listen.

Dr. Lindsey Woodland is Senior Vice President of Client Data Science at iSpot. She brings over 15 years of mathematics and analytics experience and extensive work on both theoretical and applied client-centric data science.

At iSpot, Lindsey spearheads the development and implementation of innovative methodologies and solutions that push the boundaries of streaming and TV measurement, empowering clients to drive further success with data-driven insights. She has played an instrumental role in the conception, execution and success of numerous large-scale data science solutions, and was the lead architect behind IMP4CT, iSpot’s groundbreaking always-on ad campaign attribution solution. Her expertise and vision continue to drive advancements in the field, positioning iSpot at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

She holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a B.A. in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Westminster College.
